From the moment I arrived at this impressive hotel, I was spoiled with luxurious amenities. the staff was friendly and attentive. the spa & wellness centre has a great swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, which I enjoyed immensely. the massage at the spa lounge was very professional and relaxing.
The only minor problem I encountered was the in-room breakfast. Although it was tasty, it was served a bit cold, which was not pleasant.

The location of the hotel is great, nestled in the woods just across a bridge. It's a peaceful area with easy access to the Diana Tower for a scenic walk in the forest. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The service was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast offered a good selection. The view from the hotel was also quite nice, overlooking a serene landscape.
There seemed to be a shortage of staff, resulting in delays and a lack of attention to detail.

The hotel's location in the forest nearby the riverside provides a tranquil and relaxing stay. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff were friendly and provided great service.
